Project Management

We employ multiple project managers with a minimum of 10-years of expertise, and selected the optimal staff for deployment based on the skills and conditions required. Under the supervision of a Food Services Administrator (FSA), our Cook Supervisors (CS) and Cook Foreman (CF) lead operations to provide all residents, responders and recovery personnel a nutritionally balanced diet, prepared and presented by a sanitary and hygienic food service operation, focused on safety and quality assurance in all aspects of food service and dining room operations.


Emergency Management Support works with private operators and appropriate jurisdictions to enhance preparedness on an ongoing basis. We work to ensure readiness for integration of support services around a variety of functional needs, and key management personnel are trained in National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) to facilitate rapid integration.
